Accessibility statement

1. ACCESSIBILITY COMMITMENT

NOVELINGO, S.L. works to make Novelingo Studio an accessible, usable and understandable platform for as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, older people, and users who access it from different devices, browsers or assistive technologies.

Accessibility is part of the design, maintenance and evolution of Novelingo Studio, both on the public website and on the platform for creating interactive experiences.

This statement covers:

Outside the direct control of NOVELINGO, S.L. are any content, texts, images, audio, video, documents, resources or configurations that have been created, uploaded, edited or published by users, clients or third parties, except where such content is produced directly by NOVELINGO, S.L. as part of a contracted service.

2. Regulations and reference criteria

Novelingo Studio takes as its reference the general principles of digital accessibility: content that is perceivable, operable, understandable and robust.

The WCAG guidelines (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) and the standard UNE-EN 301 549 (the Spanish adoption of European standard EN 301 549 on accessibility requirements for ICT products and services) are also taken into account as technical reference criteria, to the extent that they apply to a SaaS web platform, digital content, forms, navigation, interactive components and creation flows.

Where Novelingo Studio is used in projects involving public administrations, public funding, public services, education, culture, training or public procurement, additional accessibility requirements may apply. In such cases, the specific conditions must be defined in the relevant proposal, contract or tender specifications.

3. Compliance status

This website and platform are currently in a state of partial compliance.

NOVELINGO, S.L. is working to progressively improve the accessibility of the website, the platform and the generated experiences, particularly in interactive elements, forms, visual resources, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, contrast, alternative text and semantic structure.

This statement must not be interpreted as an external accessibility certification, unless expressly indicated otherwise by an independent report or audit.

4. Content that is not accessible or could be improved

The content listed below may not be fully accessible, for the reasons set out.

4.1. Non-conformity or aspects pending improvement

There may be elements of the website or the platform that require further adjustments, including:

4.2. User- or client-generated content

Novelingo Studio allows interactive experiences to be created, edited, published and exported. The final accessibility of each experience may depend on decisions made by the user or client, such as:

NOVELINGO, S.L. recommends reviewing each experience before it is published or exported, especially if it is to be used in corporate training, education, culture, the public sector or with diverse groups.

4.3. External documents and files

Some documents, PDFs, presentations, spreadsheets, SCORM packages, client resources or external files may not fully meet accessibility criteria if they have not been created or adapted specifically for that purpose.

Where NOVELINGO, S.L. directly produces content for a client and an accessibility requirement has been expressly agreed, the criteria defined in the relevant proposal or contract will apply.

4.4. Third-party content

There may be content, integrations, links, players, maps, external tools, AI services or third-party resources that are not fully under the control of NOVELINGO, S.L.

In such cases, NOVELINGO, S.L. will endeavour to select solutions that are reasonably compatible with accessibility criteria, but it cannot guarantee the full accessibility of external services that it does not manage directly.

5. Disproportionate burden

NOVELINGO, S.L. does not currently declare a general exemption on grounds of disproportionate burden.

However, some improvements may require phased implementation because of their technical complexity, because they depend on third parties, because they affect user-generated content or because they form part of advanced platform features.

Issues identified will be prioritised according to their impact on users, frequency of use, criticality of the affected flow and technical feasibility.

6. Measures taken to improve accessibility

NOVELINGO, S.L. is working progressively on the following measures:

7. Particularities of Novelingo Studio as a SaaS platform

Novelingo Studio is not just an informational website. It is a SaaS platform for creating training, narrative and interactive experiences with the help of AI.

For this reason, accessibility must be considered at several levels:

7.1. Public website

Includes informational pages, forms, contact, commercial content, legal pages and explanatory materials.

7.2. Creation platform

Includes user access, the editor, project creation, AI-assisted generation, scene management, review, publication, export and use of credits.

7.3. Generated experiences

Includes the interactive experiences created through the platform by NOVELINGO, S.L., clients or users.

7.4. Exports and integrations

Includes SCORM exports, resources that can be embedded in an LMS, shared links, QR codes or other publication formats.

Each level may have different requirements and responsibilities. NOVELINGO, S.L. is committed to improving the accessibility of the platform and to making it easier for users to create more accessible content, but the final accessibility of a specific experience may also depend on the content and configuration supplied by the user or client.

8. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared through an internal review of the website and the platform.

Date of preparation: 04/07/2026

Last reviewed: 04/07/2026

Method used: internal self-assessment, content review, review of main components and identification of pending improvements.

NOVELINGO, S.L. may update this statement when relevant changes occur in the website, the platform, its features, the applicable regulations or the accessibility status of the service.

10. Handling of requests and correction of issues

NOVELINGO, S.L. will review the communications received and will endeavour to respond within a reasonable time.

Where an issue can be resolved directly, a technical fix will be considered. Where the solution requires more time, affects complex features or depends on third-party or client content, a reasonable accessible alternative will be considered where possible.

Receipt of a communication does not mean that the issue can be fixed immediately, but it will be taken into account in the evolution of the platform.

11. Complaints

If a person considers that their accessibility communication has not been adequately handled, they may use the complaint mechanisms available under the applicable regulations on accessibility, consumer protection, equal opportunities or the rights of persons with disabilities.

Where Novelingo Studio is used under a contract with a public administration, educational body, cultural institution, funded project or service subject to specific requirements, the procedures set out in that contract, tender specifications or sector-specific regulations may also apply.

12. Ongoing review

NOVELINGO, S.L. will periodically review the accessibility of Novelingo Studio and will prioritise the improvements with the greatest real impact on users.

Accessibility will be progressively incorporated into:

13. Important limitation

This statement is an informational and operational document. It does not replace an external technical audit or specialist legal validation.

For projects involving public administrations, education, minors, public services, public funding, public procurement or specific accessibility requirements, NOVELINGO, S.L. recommends expressly defining the required level of accessibility, the applicable technical criteria, the scope, the deliverables and the responsibilities of each party.
